Copy over files from a site 10 pages / php / html

We are rebranding a website on a new domain because our old web developer went out of business and is not returning phone calls and we have no access to our old domain name. I don't have FTP access to the old website but I do have access to the new website. I need a simple 10 page site copied of mostly php pages that we DO NOT have FTP access to. To see the URL to copy, see attached image below .... again, I do not have FTP for this 10-page site. I think this is simple for the right person - would like to keep it at or near $30. Would like to get this done today.
