Copy a website (US ip needed)

I need someone to copy a website. This is one page website that uses fields that send the info to javascript and then javascript prints them out on the same page again. Its rather easy, one page only and I need the working webpage to look and act as the one you are coping it from. All files, scripts and etc need to be on my server and no outer connections should be made (excluding jquery and other common files) To a person who knows what he is doing, it should not take over an hour NB!
