Create Joomla Template

Create a new Joomla template for this site [login to view URL] based in very similar look of this another site [login to view URL] (if the link is offline se the attachment). Template should support all basic Joomla functions including menus, components and modules in the right positions. ## Deliverables The template should run on Joomla 1.5 and be fully compatible with basic functionalities of a standard instalation. For this, I mean: * Menus should be fully configurable * Users interface should be fully compatible with browsers listed above * Basics complements and modules should be fully compatible
