Create Joomla dropdown menu for Joomla install

Need to create single level menu for a site with Joomla currently installed. ## Deliverables The <a target="_blank" href="[login to view URL]">site to that needs the dropdown menu is located here</a>. Only the first two menu items, Project Overview and Environmental Responsibility need dropdowns for their respective subsections.
