Custom Search Query Form / Integration

I need a custom search form that restricts users from searching and downloading leads from my db until they make payment. results must exported into a csv file This custom search solution must be able to work with (integrated into) the crm used to handle user sign up on my site. You can take a look at the crm at [login to view URL] username: testuser password : 123456 ## Deliverables I need a customized and optimized search query form developed so users on my site can query a large database of leads with any or all of various search fields options and the results from each search is exported into a csv file. When any person makes a search using the SEARCH QUERY - Form , the results returned are flagged or saved as a transaction and when a new search is made, it return the next set of results that exist in the db after excluding the results in the flag or saved transaction For every new search, it continues to return the next set of results that are not in the saved transaction until all entries in the db has been exhausted and then it returns flag pointer to the beginning of the db (cleans all saved transactions) and start afresh Create specific functions in the form that will return only the limit of results. Function A - takes in Form input - returns results limit of 500 leads Function B - takes in Form input - returns results limit of 1000 leads Function C - takes in Form input in - returns results limit of 2000 leads Each of the functions above is a Product (user can only access function A if he has paid for Product A - 500 leads etc ) SEARCH QUERY FORM INTEGRATION INTO CMS - Identify who is about to use the search form (user id ) - Identify what product he has paid for (each function has been assigned to be a specific product page in the cms ) Grant permission to access only the specific function paid for (eg Function A , Function B , Function C , ) - Prevent user from receiving more result on the same form until he pays for more leads (User pays for Function A and is permitted to make an initial search which the result transaction is saved or flagged (eg. 500leads) and when user with saved transaction tries to use the same form again to search for new leads - it should return the same leads in his saved transaction until he pays for new access to Function A ) Any better way of programmer implementing this is welcome. Please bid with a definite plan of what search form solution you can create within the time frame / budget
