Customise eBay store email templates and store design

Hi, We had somebody create eBay store templates for our customers eBay store. They set it up using custom pages and the store categories are hard coded into the pages so if my client add, removes or renames categories each custom page needs to be updated. Also, the store category page only uses part of the design and uses an eBay header which then displays on each of the individual product pages as well which we would like removed from them and for the category pages to use the whole store design. The individual product listing page templates were created for my client to use in GarageSale which is fine, however, we have the same issue with categories being update, added or removed. Is there a way around this? The templates are already designed and I can supply the code, images and details. Finally, the client would like to know if it is possible to use the same page template designs for all emails that eBay send from their store (such as winning bids etc). Also, they want to be able to send out newsletter emails to people who join their newsletter using this same template.
