Database / PHP work for joomla and Openstreetmap **

You need mysql, PHP, joomla and a bit javascript (openlayer) skills to solve the needed tasks: We have entrys/markers of locations on our map. The user has to pay a fee for a entry and also for adding specials to his location entry. The admin, has to check and set the entry free after payment is done. Here is a detail list of small tasks needed to be done: - the entry on map must be only visible to the user, who has done it (after login ofcause) so long as the admin did’t set the entry free “to the world” after payment. Everything works except this feature - the admin (at adminpanel on frontend) needs to check and activate the entrys when payment is done by hand (like a link activte/deactivate). You will have in database a status from created invoice for that. - auto deactivation of entry after the contract running time is over. You will have in database a date for that. - admin needs a row in list (adminpanel), where he can see how long each entry will be remainig till is be will auto deactivated. - all invoices (list) must be visible/rechable by link for user after login with status paid/not paid (taken from admin activted/deactivated) . We have already the menu entry. We have already a "adminpanel" on front end with list of all entrys and users. Database is there with all needed (and saved) data. We have a budget of 200$ for that. Don't bid if you can't start immediately. Need to be done fast max. 7 days. No payments if the job is not done.
