I have a PHP class that generates JavaScript for scrambling the email address in mailto links, but converts it to the proper email address where the user can see it. ? I have been using the code for some time and only recently discovered there is a problem with IE7 only. ? If the email address is sales@[login to view URL], it ends up converting it to s&71les@example.com. ? The **character** conversion changes the 'a' to '&**71**'. ? This happens with other **characters**, I just don't recall what those are right now.? ? Something to be aware of... if an 'a' character is in the domain part of the email address it decrypts properly.
This is a combination of PHP and JavaScript. The script works properly in FireFox and IE6, just not IE7. I need someone to debug the script so it works in all browsers.
## Deliverables
