We are looking for an exerienced CMS developer (joomla or any other open source is just fine). We would like to see some of your work before starting. Requirement: Need to develop and host it on the server. Scope of the project: User able to add or upload document User can search documents or authors and rate or comment on them User can log in make updates to profiles User follow / subscribe to certain authors / documents Admin rights (to add/edit delete) Design: The designs/ work flows/ UI specifications and logos etc will be provided. Timeline: We do not have a compelling timeline, however if we get the above mentioned done by 15 – 20 days will be great. Post Development: The application is a simple right now; however there might be more improvements later. We would like a person who can stay in touch with us for some time even after the deployment. Also there might be more projects similar, if we are pleased with your work we would be happy to continue.
