Develop a part inside a codeingiter site

We have a site on Codeigniter and want a part developed similar to [login to view URL] with a few changes. The changes will be mainly to design. Javascript needed to move the bricks. In the backend we'll have to add icons so it can fetch them and it will have to be multilingual. Our site is ready in terms of login/registration and the template so all you'll just need to code this functionality.
