car rental reservation site needed

I need a basic 6-7 page car rental booking site with pickup and drop off location options. No payment modules needed. This will only send the admin and user a detailed email including the pickup/dropoff locations, times, user information, etc. - no payments. User needs to be registered in order to book a vehicle, so registration and login module is required. User should be able to see their history when they log in as well as be able to edit their personal details, their rental times/locations/vehicles, and cancel their order. Admin panel required to block selected dates on any vehicle. Add vehicles w/images and description and rates. Site design should be basic, or I have an html template I can provide you which has all of the above to an extent, just needs the programming in place. I will show you the template in the PMB. This needs to be completed within 10 days at the most. No exceptions. budget $200
