contact us page with map image of the location

I need a Contact page on a website with locations on Map. So first the world map will show on left, in second column it will show list of countries(that have our offices) once click, say USA it will show that map with list of states(i only need state list for usa. for all other it shows directly the location). once you click a state, say california, it shows the distributor list in third column, and representative list in 4th column. Mockup ATtached. I NEED IT DONE ASAP. SO ONLY BID IF YOU CAN STAR RIGHT AWAY.
