client portal for a Joomla website.

We need you to make a client portal for a Joomla website (that has yet to be developed. Html template is present). What we need for this client portal is as follows: Sign up through user name and password. After this personal data (see A) needs to be added/adjusted. On the signed-in client’s homepage the number of yet calculated hours will be visible (with a counting back function for a promotion: xxxx more hours needed in order to get an iPad/pen/discount…). It needs to be possible to upload files, by means of a form that has to be filled in with some information. The number of hours that is entered, needs to be linked with the number of hours on the homepage of the client (this number of hours needs to automatically and directly be updated after submitting the form). The filled-in form (with files) can be sent through e-mail. The information on the filled-in form will be saved in a (Joomla) database, so the client can look at the information and the files at a later time.
