Hello :-) You don't really need that to establish wifi paying services. After a coulple of years we changed from that integrated "all in one" server system to a system consisting of parts. Simply establish that structure: Radius Server in the cloud -> Captive Portal Firewall like pfSense -> Hotspots The Setup of the pfSense is quite easy and you have a huge choice of hardware plattforms fitting on customers needs. I can help you to establish a first system for testing purposes and understand the mechanism. Iam doing exactly that as employee since 2009 and trying to establish myself as freelancer now.
