Create Link Exchange, PTC, Banner/Txt advertising (complete graphics)

I am looking for a coder/graphics designer to create a link exchange, Paid to Click (PTC) and Banner/txt advertising system. I will only display the complete feature list to the winning bidder, but I am open to discuss the project. here are some things to consider: Complete Link Exchange that will allow members to upload their links page to their site, their links page will be validated by the LE script, and their link/page will become live/valid. Paid to Click (PTC) that would allow members to get paid for clicking on advertiser ads. Banner/txt advertising - would rotate advertisers banners thoughout the link member pages, and allow the member to place banner code on their own personal site to rotate all ads in the banner/text network. I will also need full graphics/template/design. If you can do complete php/design then that will be a plus, if you can only doing the coding, then you will need to make it easy for a design to create the design template without needing all of the files. Requirements: Unix type environment PHP, MYSQL, Cron This is not a project for a new RAC coder. If coder has never created a link exchange, ptc, banner/txt advertising system, then it would make sense not to bid. coder will have to be fairly flexible to create whatever is needed, and 100% knowledgeable in very aspect as stated above. I can provide you sample sites for examples, and I will be happy to answer whatever questions you may have. I may need to pick multiple coders, so please pick on what would apply to you the most: 1: I can code your site, and provide outstanding graphics and content that will entice clients to signup! 2: I can code your site only. 3: I can only provide outstanding graphics! 4: I can only create outstanding text content thatwill entice clients to signup. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
