display validator based on zip code

I have a client that is using [login to view URL] shopping cart. They are going to sell products online. 1 of their products can only be sold to buyers who live in specific zip codes because of Franchise selling areas. **Here is what i have so far...** I have added a check box to the product page in the administration that designates if the product is restricted by zip codes. I have added the table that includes all of the zipcodes. **Here is what I Need done ...** When a buyer clicks on the details page of a product that has the zip code restriction I need to have a form that will hide the "add to cart" button and replace with a form that they will need to enter their zip code. If the zip code matches on of the allowed zip codes in the database then the add to cart button will be displayed. If the Zip code does not match a message that says "prduct not available for purchase" needs to be displayed with no button to add to cart. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The follow project uses PHP with a MySQL Database and is running on a Unix / Linux platform All Files are attached.
