Back-End Programming with Php and it's Android Application - repost

The DATABASE design of the system will be made and prepared, services will be written with the use of PHP on web and an android application that uses these services will be built. The interface designs of the android application have already been prepared, those and the other details will be sent after the work is assigned to the freelancer.
