Booking/Scheduling system for consultant & client for a website

I have over 20 years of experience working in IT. Over 10 years in Australia as a contract programmer for companies like NAB, Bosch, etc. I am now based in Malaysia. I am very good at communicating with clients and understanding and solving complex problems. Your spec is good.. The project is a job scheduling and booking sytem with admin configurable job sizes. Ajax is not a problem. When you say no Framework, does that include CodeIgniter? I have extensive experience with PHP, Javascript, JQuery, Responsive design, Ajax, CSS3 & mySql. I prefer projects where the clients are ready to go and committed to finishing the project ASAP. I do all the work myself and don't subcontract. In my last project, my German client told me his programmer estimated one month for the project. It was a complicated PLC system interfaced with a CSS 3D UI. I quoted 6 days. We finished the project in 10 days due to delays by his programmer. He said I was the first programmer that chased him to finish the project. We need further discussion to confirm if my assumptions are correct, your requirement is met and if your budget and my bid is reasonable. Lets talk more. no backend php framework but frontend will be bootstrap to make it responsive and easier for you to design. standard terms and conditions: 1. should you find any bugs in my code i will correct them asap. the service guarantee is within 3 days of finding the bug though it will be always much quicker than that. as goodwill i continue to help you with any problem arising out of my work even after the project is marked complete. 2. you can specify reasonable amount of time to test the code. In case not specified before accepting the bid normal period of 7 days will apply. the job will be deemed completed accepted should there be no response from you after expiry of that time. however if there is any unforeseen circumstances i will consider any request to increase the time needed for testing. 3. If we have agreed any milestone the above condition applies to each such milestones. 4. the bid doesn't contain any graphics/design/template related work. will be template based simple functional design can integrate your existing template . 5. use of open source components/libraries as required.
