Create script to verify the integrity of tables in MySQL DB

Create a script to verify the integrity tables in MySQL DBs. I have several MySQL databases. Each one is a different name with different tables inside. I want to have a PHP script that I can run (using Windows Task Scheduler) on an automatic basis, that would test the integrity of each table in each of my databases (one at a time) and email me a report that would show me each table (in each database) and if it is OK (or if it shows any sign of corruption or issues of any type). So, I would create a copy of the script for each database. Then, the script would be launched (using Windows Task Scheduler) each day, and after it run, it would send me an email (using SMTP - with authentication required / or without authentication required - depending upon what I might need) to one or more email addresses, with a report in Text Format. Question: Will this type of verification process actually help me keep tabs of tables that might start having a problem? Or is there something else I should also consider doing? I'm not interested in having the script automatically fix any problems. I just thought it made sense to be notified. Thanks, Gary
