create a simple online scheduling program to reserve times for service

I need to make a simple reservation system that does the following: Select a day of the month then Select the hours time slot that are available then fill out form to register for appointment. Some key points for this project : Must show available hours on calendar that are left to be book and each time slot 16 people and when its full it must say call for availability. I would like to offer prices based on certain hours so I can offer deals for certain days and hours. Must send and email to show they registered and send a email for every signup to the admin. also have a backed that will show overview of book appointments. any they must also pay for appointment when booked. I don't need a fancy website ,I can do that . I just need the the script to make it work.
