CRE Loaded Custom Side Link Box II

I need a custom side-box that looks identical to my existing category menu in CRE loaded except I'd want to be able to type out the text for the menu item and link it to a category OR a content item from the article manager. This should be a very simple script to create. 1 to 3 hours for the skilled OSC developer. A great example would be to look at CRE Loaded's built in "link manager". This new feature would work in nearly the same manner. You'd basically have an admin section where you could add new menu items. You'd click a button "New Item" and then you'd enter text i.e. "My New Link" but then you'd have to select whether it's going to be linked to a existing "category" OR a "article" from the article manager. The new items would need to be sortable as well. ---- I just paid another developer to do this --- however I also discovered he did not use the CRE Loaded framework and he made direct database connections and calls from two of his scripts instead of using the proper includes methods. I need this as a true OSC/CRE contribution. It's a very simple project. Max Budget $50
