AWS/ECS 4.0 XML/XSL/RSS

This should be fairly simple for an experienced developer. I prefer this code in PHP 4.x fully compatible with PHP 5.x, or PHP 5.x backward compatible with 4.x. If Perl is a better tool that's fine as well. Script is deliverable as a web form. Must run on Unix/Linux generally just about any ISP. Anything you do will run on standard Unix/Linux platform. I am not entirely sure if mySQL is required, but that's likely. You are working with ECS 4.0 you will need a dev id and associate id. You will create a xml query with ECS and returning a valid XML feed URL of results (10), input/output is via a web form for all locales US, CA, DE, FR, JP etc. The result url can be placed into a newsreader and produce valid formatted results. Any work you do must validate 100%. Msg me here on the site and I can provide more detail and show you a example or two of this on my web site or a couple others. Experience is required in ECS 4.0, XML, XSL, XSL Transform, RSS etc. There is some off the shelf code that does this already, but is not satisfactory to my needs.
