We have a Linux machine running Asterisk which is used to record callers. The callers start and stop the recording of their calls by using a desktop application which makes http calls to Perl scripts on the Linux machine. These scripts tell Asterisk to start and stop recording. Each persons recording should be saved as a separate sound file and converted to MP3 format. This works as long as no caller tries to make a recording while an earlier caller is still making a recording. When this happens, the file that should be a recording of the second person's voice ends up being a recording of the first person's voice from the point in time when the second person started the recorder. We need someone to make adjustments to fix this problem.
