Asterisk and FreeSwitch Dialplans + Configurations

Qualifications: - Asterisk 1.6.x PBX - FreeSwitch 1.0.x (current) Details: We need configuration and dial plans setup for Asterisk 1.6.x and FreeSwitch. For each specified dialplan, we will need the configuration for Asterisk and FreeSwitch. The configurations and dial plans are: DIALPLANS -- Round Robin ACD Call Queue (done in ael for Asterisk) -- Click to Call from a webpage -- customer types in number, it will ring the customer number and connect to ACDQUEUE -- HTML front-end needs to be done as-well (can be very basic, to test functionality) -- Click to record -- agent clicks a button and call begins to record (filename: agent-XXX-${TIMESTAMP}-${CALLERID(num)} -- HTML front-end needs to be done as-well (can be very basic, to test functionality) -- Billing system verification -- Call needs to be initiated which reads out number codes -- MySQL database integration. SQL file w/ table structure should be provided -- HTML front-end needs to be done as-well (can be very basic, to test functionality) -- Agent Call Queue Hot-Desking -- For Asterisk Only -- Follow-Me -- Users can go to webpage login with voicemail credentials and setup follow-me's -- If one of there numbers hit Voicemail, do not connect to customer -- Custom call queue for "ONCALL" Remote staff -- At specified time put multiple did's and agent's in a queue -- Each did and agent is associated with a Mobile Number as well -- Do round-robin ACD, after 2 rings remove did or agent from queue -- Once removed from queue send associated Mobile number SMS notification -- Allow DID or agent to ring a specified DID back to re-login to queue CONFIGURATIONS -- For Asterisk Only -- Asterisk Cluster with DUNDI, and DNS SRV -- PolyCom Paging based on Extension (can be set to page multiple phones) -- For Asterisk Only -- Fix CDR details to be plugged into MySQL Database -- For Asterisk Only -- Fax2Web -- Should accept incoming faxes and send to specified Any questions feel free to PM me.
