Clickthrough counter

Hi, First of all, I work with a lot of developers. I care most about 2 things: - you get work finished by deadline - you are easily available for communication. You should have background in Linux, Apache, Mysql, Php and Perl to bid on this project. This is a simple project, but if you do a good job, you will get plenty more work. I always pay quickly. Note my feedback. --- This project should be done in php and mysql. I need a clickthrough counter which tracks via cookies and tells us the country. Basically we want a URL, that when users click through it, we cookie them to make sure that when they click through again we don't count them twice. Then we want to know the country they are clicking from. The country info will be drawn from this database: [login to view URL] This page has a free version of their data which can be downloaded from that page. The data should be collected in a database and ranked. A final report should be made on a webpage like this: USA - 10 clicks Ireland - 5 clicks Australia - 4 clicks Russia - 2 clicks The system should also have the ability to reset the counter from the webpage. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
