Dial Backup Test Automation

I need a coder who knows allot about routers (Cisco) and who knows allot about dial backups. We have a selection of retail stores who's internet connection goes into dial backup if their main connection goes down. In order to make sure this system is working, it is tested weekly by hand. I need to automate this process through a nice looking GUI. This is NOT just a normal ping to an IP. This is done while in the router. I only want experienced router coders to apply. DO NOT APPLY WITH SOME STANDARD REPLY that you send to everybody on here. If it looks standard and you do not have the experience, your bid will be ignored. Please list how you would go about doing this so that I know you understand the process. Once you log into the router you use a "ping IP" command. It will then ask you the time out, which we always use 25. We have a total of about 50 of these that need to be tested once a week. The program should go right down the list to test. Each one should be tested at least 2 times before recording a failure and moving on to the next one. The program will then give me a full report at the end of what failed and what worked. Please remember, ROUTER EXPERIENCED PEOPLE ONLY! NO STANDARD REPLIES. It only wastes your time and mine. I would really like to see a demo from those who can produce one. The demo must at least be able to auto login to the router, and perform the ping ip to at least one. The program can be in C++, VB.NET, or C#. I have also attached a zip file which contains a PDF explaining what dial back up is. This PDF is not ours and was found on the internet however it explains the process well. In order to conduct these tests, the user is required to telnet into the router. NOTE: The information in the picture has been changed to protect our security. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
