We need a simple shopping cart system to add on a non-ecommerce enabled website. Products are listed on current html website already, and when a buy bottton is clicked on, a buyer would be redirected to the shopping cart page to select product number, size and color, etc.
1. Products are added in back office by merchants in advance. The related info includes item name, price, selection of product sizes, selection of product colors, calculation of total price of multiple products, etc.
2. The system should generate a link for each product, and the link will be attached to the buy button on the non-ecommerce enabled webstie. That's how the shopping cart and the html website connected.
3. Database can be either a text one or MySQL, but prefer a text based database for simple installation.
4. Support PayPal and [login to view URL] payment gateways.
5. Send an email to merchant about the new order and also save the order in system.
It would be better if you have a ready to use shopping cart, or if you want to modify part of an open source system, like osCommerce.
