Guy I have an Installer for delphi, it's very simple and you can use for AutoRun, Compact Files and folder, and it will be deliverd on a single file. Its compatible with English, Portuguese, Spanol and you can customize the skins. It's a freeware, but we customized it. I had tha same problem and spent MONTHS to find this installer.
