Affiliate Program Database

I have a website [login to view URL] and I am looking to build a database for an affiliate program. The affiliate program will be for others to use our site and marketing tools to promote the site and receive commissions of each sale that produce. This would include a password protected page where affiliate marketers can log on to see their affiliate sales and manage their accounts. It will also include banner creation and affiliate manager tools. I am looking for someone who has built an affiliate program database before that will have knowledge of how this should be set up and what needs to be included in the back pages. You will also need to know how to create affiliate id links which each affiliate can use to track their own sales.
