Blackberry Eclipse Project

Dear Coders, I have some Windows Mobile applications that need to be converted to Blackberry. The program shows HTML files with javascript. I need an Eclipse project with JDE 4.5 that has the following requirements: 1. Create opening screen with Program name and a button that in turn does the following: a. Shows the Eula agreement that needs to be accepted to move further b. Checks the IMEI of the device and shows a Registration screen that requires entry of a registration code. A code generator is to be included in the program and a copy that can be run on the desktop to generate code. The program records the correct registration code and does not ask for it again. Every time the program starts it checks for the existence of correct registration code before proceeding.( if you are aware of a website that sells Blackberry programs and can generate codes to be emailed to users automatically, that would be very helpful) 2. A webview is used to display the program files(HTML with javascript) 3. Application needs to be signed with keys [login to view URL] project template is commented with instructions where I can simply change the program name, application name and add HTML files for other programs.
