Change CMS Directory Names

I need to change the directory name of a content management script and make the adjustments to the rest of it so it will still work. This is a very simple script-not a big project. The original script is the TDE_CMS: [login to view URL] Attached is a compressed file. In that file is a text file called 'read me'.
