Changing a PHP script

Am looking for someone to change job advertising script for me. Will involve adding a new level of user and a few new categories to a MySQL. Will also involve building a few extra pages and setting up a directory elsewhere on the site. Bids only from those with experience with big MySQL databases and PHP(and I have to see the experience!)
