Clone our existing website to a new domain name

We currently have a website at: [login to view URL] that we have copyright on. We would like to use the same basic web design but change of the some components of the site and host it as: <[login to view URL]> a domain name we own. The required changes will be amended text and logos. The list gathering form on the home page of jvpropertypartners is linked to Autopilot [login to view URL] We would like the list gathering form on negative2positive to also link to Autopilot (we can supply the code).
