this is posting in order to get professional coder which could finish big portal.
I'm creating a international website connected with radio stations - bigest radio directory in Europe. Its purpose will be to promote radio stations and give choice to a listener to get ready-streams from all over the world.
History of the project: one company was working on this project but left it undone. Design, slicing all done, few small pages left. Coding - something is done but a lot of bugs left so i'll ask you what you preffer - start from the scratch or continue with bug fixing.
Looking for coder who:
-proffesional in PHP, Ajax, Postgresql but also would have basic knowledge of design slicing and Linux administration.
-is working with proffesional CMS/frameworks (NOT Joomla or Wordpress, its far not enough) and can offer profesional solution regarding this website

-start emidiatelly
-work on his own and think own head
-already have portfolio of serious projects
-able to work hard for upcoming month and finish this project
-was done similar projects or have experience in more complicated coding.
I expect:
-proffesional comunication manner
-no delays, no stupid excuses ("my mother died today")
-thinking on your own
-high web 2.0 standard, no cheap coding, no dumb look
-freelancers preffered, not companies
-work and do all quickly
You'll get:
-2000$ for all job
-flexible payment
-good record into portfolio
-recomendations/orders in the feature
Payment:
-matter of nagotiation, most likelly it will be 50% after 50% project done(code recieved), another 50% after project finish
If you think about getting this project - please write short description about yourself and 3 most complicated and challangind jobs you had done.
Detaled list of requirements i'll post in my private message.
