Communist Evolution

Dear People, I have an occasional itch to put up a website and I have put several up before. Unfortunately my time is now precious because I'm busy with a new business. I'd like a web-programmer to code a website. I will provide the domain name ([login to view URL]) and a webserver login details. I will also provide some material for content (available on request to prospective candidates). I just need a CMS, a comments section and perhaps some basic graphical design work. I would prefer a Django implementation but I am open to all appropriate technology suggestions including php frameworks and pre-built packages such as Drupal and Joomla. I welcome and value creative input, additional money can be made available to a capable candidate for additional work.
