Create 3 piece picture menu

On this page: [login to view URL] is a series of (3) pictures with alternating text when moused-over. I would like an identical feature on my page: [login to view URL] I need the code inserted into myexisting page for only (1) picture. Make sure to include the gray shading around the border. Use sample text and pictures. I will update and change the text and picture at a later point. It is necessary that the picture and text can be easily changed later.
