aMember pro Script Clone

Hello, I think the title of this post pretty much explains it. I need a clone of the amember pro script. I do not need the script to handle all of the payment processors listed on their site, nor all the Integration plugins. At a minimum, the required payment gateways to be supported must be the following: PayPal, [login to view URL] At a minimum, the required integration plugins to be supported must be the following: wordpress phpbb Portions of the amember pro script are encrypted, which is not acceptable to me, so I am looking to have the script cloned, unencrypted, so I can make changes as necessary in the future. Although I only listed a few payment processors, and integration plugins, I would like the same basic framework followed so that there is the possiblity of adding additional integrations, and payment processors in the future. If you have further questions, please reply via PMB. NOTE: It is important that the same basic look, functionality, and structure be used to create the clone, but WITHOUT copying amember pro code. If you simply plan on taking the original code, and making variable name changes, that won't work. I am a PHP developer myself, and will be able to tell if you wrote your own code, or if you simply ripped and copied the original source. I do realize that in many cases, you will use similiar code, to accomplish similar goals, but this must be done legally.
