An easy CMS install and make the design to a footer and a header

Its primary a CMS that allows that I easy can add new pictures/videos/data to the specific cars (the specific page should be designed, but the header and footer have been done and will be provided to you). No graphic things should be done - expect small details on the page where the video/data/pictures should be. So I will provide you with the menu part (left part of the site), the top/logo of the site and the right of the site. So its basically a "design" of the "middle"/content page of the site that should be designed and a CMS should be installed. BTW. the content page should be done so it has the title: ex [login to view URL] so it can include the header and the footer.
