CakePHP/Ruby on Rails - MVC developer for a weekend project

I have an application to develop that is database driven and has around 10 tables. The application is a members only site with users and user groups. I need the following developed. 1. Login , Signup setup for users. 2. Simple CRUD with validations for the fields of the 10 database tables, again all these pages should be authenticated as they are restricted . 3. I will provide a joomla template that needs to be used as the layout, this will be simple template with top menu and a left side menu. I prefer cakePHP but RoR is also OK. I need this to be completed during weekend and code should be delivered on Monday. I know some cakePHP and some RoR so I can estimate it is not a big effort for someone experienced that can yank out the app with cake bake or Active scaffold. The specs will be provided upon bidding.
