Assist in developing SQL Injection remediation tool for MySQL and PHP files

I'm looking for someone to help develop a tool to check for SQL Injection points 'locally' on a server (no remote scanning) and remedy the vulnerable PHP file(s) automatically. Example: a) Execute tool, script, or application on Linux or UNIX host. b) Evaluate PHP file(s) on the host and determine if vulnerable. c) If vulnerable then create a backup file, and apply remedy. d) Evaluate MySQL configuration file ([login to view URL]) and apply remedy i needed. e) Report findings and results in any format (*.txt, *.html, etc.. ) More information: The tool can be written in any language including shell script. The database type will be MySQL. Only has to scan *.php files. The tool will be run locally on Linux / UNIX servers, if user is non-root then simply report findings. If possible remedy *.php files owned by user.
