Clone of daily deals site

Will have to include integration with merchant account. Will list past deals. Needs: a countdown of how much time is left in the day. a count of how many products sold. referral script so I can keep track of referrals and pay members for referrals. control panel to edit and look after everything. Preferably be able to add deals for up to a year in advance, and script will run like clockwork. So I have deals set up for next 30 days it will just run and add the deal. mailing list. And anything else I missed that you see. I can do the logo design and graphics, but I need a nice clean interface for visitors, very professional, especially the presentation for the daily deal and the business it is promoting.
