Desktop application that works with Image recognition

Hi I need a windows desktop application that can recognize the results of a card game of a game running in another windows and play that game in that other window automatically following an algorithm; therefore the app I assume should be working using a system of image recognition: it must be able to recognize images appearing on the screen and act, depending on the images ## Deliverables [login to view URL] requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
