Changes to a php site

I'm willing to pay $50-90 for this work. It needs to be done in 4 days. With the widget if it's to hard to make it custom I am open to buying or using an opensource application that does the requirments or somewhat similiar to the widget requiremements. 3 areas need to be done. They are: 1. Create new layout with colour codes to show all guest reservations for 7 days, 14 days or 28 days. (hopefully straight forward as already designed and working just in different layout) 2. Fix the name bank feature used to drag and drop guests into different beds which is not working correctly, or design and implement alternative way of moving guests to different beds. 4. Create a widget for properties to place on their website so guests can search availability for that property. (guests can already do this but have to be on the site pages. Those 3 points are explained here. 1. Create new layout with colour codes to show all guest reservations for 7 days, 14 days or 28 days. (hopefully straight forward as already designed and working just in different layout) If you see the example attached it shows the guest reservations with rooms down the left and date along the top. The reservations are shown in blocks with the guest name. The reservations are shown in blocks with the guest name. The colours for the guests will be the same as the current hostelmate coloured statuses. This information is currently already working with hostelmate but it is being displayed in a different format with the coloured boxes showing guests on the selected date. I would like there to be text at the top of the home screen to switch between the two views. (the existing format or the new one). The guest names are displayed and preferably clickable to allow you to view/edit/check in/checkout that guests details. Maybe clicking the guest could produce a drop down menu with options. Ideally the display will show an optional timescale of 7,14 and 21 days but maybe this will be hard to fit onto the screen. There is the existing version but I need you to create the new version. I want it to look like the example above. The existing format on the home screen is like this…… They are currently showing the same information as the new layout will show. The room numbers and bed numbers, the date and the guest name plus the coloured status. It is the same information just laid out differently, the example above from resengine site is how the new version will hopefully look. It would be best if the user can choose between which layout they want to use by clicking a button to switch between the 2 views here….. Explanation: It means only at the home page where all rooms are shown you need this layout (means display rooms and beds together) and also the current design. So that the user can switch between these two points. 2. Fix the name bank feature used to drag and drop guests into different beds which is not working correctly, or design and implement alternative way of moving guests to different beds. i) First of all there seem to be 2 names currently permanently stuck in the name bank and no amount of deleting, moving etc has allowed me to get rid of them. Log into Username-nick demo Password-Nelson and you will see the names Amy Burgess and Sofia Astrid. If you move them to a bed they dissapear then appear again when you log back in. They are also deleted guests but their names still appear. One of them is also from a separate users account and has appeared in my account?! Explanation : It means if the guest is checkout or the guest is delete form the hostel than it will not display in name bank. If its correct than I will start working on that point. ii) When the booking is red after the guest has been checked in the name moves to the name bank but then when the booking is moved back to a bed the colour reverts to blue again and colour does not stay its original colour. iii) When the guest is yellow after not checking out on time when they are moved to the name bank they can get stuck in there. v) Finally if I create a guest booking on the 2nd December for 2 nights in bed number 2. Then I am on todays date the 1st December and bed 2 is free in that room I can now move a guest who's booking is for 3 nights into that bed. The bookings now overlap and going to the 2nd December and moving the guest out of the bed into the name bank reveals the other guest booking. As if they were sitting ontop of each other. This cannot happen.
