City Web site using Joomla

Need experienced Joomla provider to perform the following: • Install the script on our site, initially will be a shared hosting account with Go Daddy or similar. We would like to using Single Installation, Multiple Portals. They shall be used as City Portals • Customize the script so that for each City portal major sections will include: o Events calendar (see annex 1) o Semi static Information about the city (see annex 2) o News o Newsletters: § Periodically with upcoming events & news. Users selects what categories of events they would like to subscribe to the frequency of the email- daily, weekly, monthly, etc. § Ad hoc that Admin sends to all registered users • User Interface languages: selectable US English or Arabic.
