Convert PHP website into Joomla template

I do not accept automatic bids! This project is to create a Joomla template or skin out of an existing PHP website. The colors and logo should stay the same. There may be a few edits to make the site easier to work with, but the overall look will remain the same. The website will be for a college intranet. The link to the college's website as well as the PHP website that I have are in the clarification board. Please include sample Joomla or Mambo templates or skins you have created in the past. I have more Joomla template projects after this.
