Cron Script PHP MYSQL

Working with a MYSQL DB. Currently using ADODB to interface from the PHP to the DB. (might be something better that im not aware of). My DB has several tables and I need to design a template for a CRON JOB that will run every 30 minutes. I need help designing a few SQL commands. For example. Table1 ID P_ID TYPE VALUE 1 1 5 0 2 1 1 0 3 4 5 10 Table2 ID P_ID X 1 1 This is based on values from Table1. 2 2 Evaluate the number of TYPE 5 for 3 3 P_ID 1, check each TYPE 5 value Then update field X with the new value Based on a formula. The code must be formated and commented in english. I need to be able to ask any questions to help me understand the code. I will need help with about 10 different queries. The bid should include all of this, including the follow up support. I will give winner very detailed instruction, and access to the server to set up the cron script. This shouldnt take long, so please don't give excessively long work times.
