LoadAVG can cause due to 100% CPU Utilization or Hardware Bottle Neck. We will provide you Dual XEON 3.2 MHZ with 2GB RAM installed with Debian . You will have to provide us which kind of services & Bandwidth requierment you need to support your customers and we will work toghter in order to see which kind of services we can distribute to the DualXeon server without effect your bussniess. this is as First step to solve the issue after that we will diagnose your machine for Network/Disks/IO/Memory/Processes in order to identify which process consume memory or makes the load averag and trace the code which make cause it to happend. Please clarify when the problem started, when last time it works fine, what is the usuall load avg on the server, what kind of services are on the server and so on. MySQL/PHP/Apache any other services ??? how many sites how many vistors how can you sure that the traffic is legitemate users or maybe DoS Attack we allready solve thoose kind of issues before and will be happy to assist you.

Hello, First of all let me say that the issue is not related to the server as FreeBSD is not prone to high load normally. It can withstand about 10times more load than redhat server. We will have to check out the traffic flow for dos attack and spaming issue and thus qmail on the server. Anyway if there is huge number of mail traffic, we recommend you to consider about a centralised mail server. If there are large number of forums and thus mysql queries, we recommend a dedicated mysql server. Regards Support Terminal
