GENERIC BIDS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED* i have an html/psd webpage template that i need to incorporate into a drupal site. a screenshot of the template is attached, but will provide the work files to the winning bidder. the winning bidder will need to provide url(s) to their portfolio containing completed drupal theme projects. budget is in the 100-300 category, but should be able to be done on the lower side of that category :) thanks for bidding!
