Add a webhook to a Wordpress plugin

We have a wordpress site that handles two different types of memberships (Silver and Gold). When someone successfully registers on the site, we need to add a small webhook at that point to a 3rd party site. The webhook is just a simple URL that needs to be queried. This URL needs to be queried when someone signs up for a membership or if they upgrade their membership. Need this done today if possible.
