Automotive website with PHP-coded vehicle search features. Data stored in SQL database table. 1) Write code to allow thumbnails of selected LOCAL vehicles for sale to appear automatically in special section of homepage showing most recent additions on top. YEAR / MAKE / MODEL information will appear under thumbnail. Thumbnail and data will be displayed in CSS coded box with rounded corners and will link directly to a PHP coded Details Page showing more photos and details for said vehicle. 2) FOREIGN IMPORT cars will also have special thumbnail section on homepage. A special Admin Page with checkboxes must be created to allow administrator to randomly select 8 vehicles from Foreign Car database for display in homepage thumbnail section. Thumbnails and data will be displayed similar to LOCAL cars with direct link to a PHP coded Details Page. 3) Create an Auto Loan Calculator which allows users to input vehicle cost, deposit and repayment period into a search form to get a monthly payment result. A special drop-down list will allow users to select individual finance companies by name which will automatically adjust the interest rate computed by search form. 4) Adjust existing OWNER CONTACT form to allow it to change vehicle seller email address automatically to suit unit being displayed on Details Page. Form is of generic packaged type which is not coded to perform this function but PHP code can be adjusted to achieve this.
